Terms of Use
Effective date: October 15, 2026
Welcome to The Traveling PCP. These Terms of Use apply to your use of our website, thetravelingpcp.com. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Not for emergencies
The Traveling PCP does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Website information is not medical advice
Information on this website, including descriptions of conditions and services, is for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for a medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Using this website does not create a patient-provider relationship. A patient-provider relationship begins only after you complete a visit through our secure patient portal and your visit is accepted for care.
Eligibility
Our services are currently available only to patients who are physically located in Texas at the time of their visit. Patients must be 4 years of age or older. Patients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the visit.
Online visits
Our visits are completed online through a secure questionnaire and messaging. Each visit covers one condition. Online care has limitations, and not every condition can be safely treated online. If your provider determines that your concern requires an in-person exam, testing, or a different level of care, you will be told and directed to appropriate care.
Prescriptions
When appropriate, prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. A prescription is not guaranteed and is provided only when your provider determines it is medically appropriate. We do not prescribe controlled substances. Medication costs are paid separately at your pharmacy.
Payment
The Traveling PCP is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Payment is due in full when you submit your visit, and visits are reviewed only after payment is successfully processed. If your provider determines your condition can't be treated online, your visit fee will be refunded.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information, including your health history, current medications, allergies, and your location at the time of your visit. You agree to follow up with in-person care when advised.
Third-party services
Our patient portal, payment processing, and pharmacies are provided by third parties with their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and care guides, belongs to The Traveling PCP and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Traveling PCP is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
