How It Works
1. Start your visit. Choose your visit type, add a card (you won’t be charged yet), and pick a review time.
2. Tell us what’s going on. Complete a short questionnaire in your secure patient portal and upload photos if needed. If you’re located in Texas, we’ll also arrange a brief live call, as Texas requires.
3. Get your care plan. A board-certified nurse practitioner reviews your visit and posts your personalized care plan to your portal, with your prescription sent to your pharmacy when appropriate. Your card is charged $115 only after your visit is completed.
Each visit includes one medication. Not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
